Gaige was amazing today. He knew I was in a rush this morning and got my car in for service and me in a loaner car in record time. What I liked about him is that he knew I needed a vehicle with enough g morning and got my car in for service and me in a loaner car in record time. What I liked about him is that he knew I needed a vehicle with enough gas (so I wouldn't have to start my day at the station) and swapped out cars for me without me having to ask. Upon my return, he did me another solid by getting me in and out without hassle or delay. Gaige knows customer service and he made me feel like I was a valued customer. More

We have been to many dealerships over the years, and have never had an experience as enjoyable as the one at BMW of San Luis Obispo. Not only did they bend over backwards to make our deal happen, but they we never had an experience as enjoyable as the one at BMW of San Luis Obispo. Not only did they bend over backwards to make our deal happen, but they were so quick, and just a pleasure to work with. You kind of expect to get good service from high end dealers, because you are spending a lot of money with them. But when you don't have great credit, and don't don't make a ton of money, the service can change a lot. These guys (and gal) were so kind, and never made us feel like we didn't deserve the car that we really wanted. They are a real team there, and we met every member in our one day working with them. Every one of them had a hand in helping us, and their customer service was above and beyond anything we've ever seen at any dealership, even other BMW dealerships. We drove all the way from Santa Barbara, and it was so worth it! If you want a BMW, make the drive, this team will get you one! More
Be careful with this company, I received a fraud Inquiry from them on my credit report , an I have never did any business with them and I stay in a different state. I spoke with the credit bureaus about thi from them on my credit report , an I have never did any business with them and I stay in a different state. I spoke with the credit bureaus about this and they told me to contact that dealership for a letter of deletion to get it removed. So I got in contact with a guy named Troncoso, he sounded like a friendly guy,an he said he would help me with it. He lied to me, gave me the run around an never got the letter to me like he told me he would over the phone. I waited patiently for 30+ days, still no help at all. This dealership doesn’t deserve anybody’s money, they are okay with fraud, an have no interest in helping resolve the issue when their name is attached to it.Here’s a screenshot showing how my texts messages were ignored, until I mentioned taking it to court.from June 15th,I didn’t receive a response back about this fraud inquiry from them until July, 20th, today. More
