Dave, I have NO desire, want or need to spend anymore of my time with this pathetic dealership. I only came back because of Carl. He’s a genuine person and took care of me the first time I purchased a car there. This situation has ruin a perfectly good professional relationship I had with him; which is very disappointing. It’s obviously a pattern with your staff (used car sales manager) and you continue to do nothing about the problem, but come on this site and apologize. You wouldn’t have to do that if your used car sales manager was a decent human being; but he’s not! If you and your team valued any of the people’s opinion who left reviews here over and over with similar situations you would have corrected the problem long ago. That fact that you do nothing proves that you and your team do not care!! So please just stop with this “I’ll get to the bottom of this” attitude! I will no longer spend time with your dealership nor will I recommend SFBMW for anything to anyone. I’m sure there are other BMW Dealership a lot more worthy than this one.
