Took two full months for repair. Extended period with little communication. Car still not completely clean after detailing - car still has adhesive on the paint from where the back p Extended period with little communication. SF BMW could not satisfy original loaner car request, finally got a loaner shortly before the car was completed. When I couldn’t pick up the car on the Friday it was completed, I was advised by the service tech that SF BMW was open on the weekend - made the trip in on Sunday only to be told I couldn’t take the car because they couldn’t find the ‘paper work’. Had to wait until Monday to get the car. Overall unsatisfactory experience. More
