The issues I encountered with this vehicle were significant and concerning: 1. **Severe Vibration**: Immediately after purchase, I noticed a disturbing vibration in the car body and brake pedal when driving over 65mph. 2. **Handling and Stability Issues**: The car felt unstable and had a tendency to slide, particularly noticeable when driving over bumps or manhole covers. 3. **Unusual Electrical Noise**: There was a noticeable electrical buzzing sound coming from above the glove compartment whenever the air conditioning was turned on. I reported these issues to the sales team, including my sales contact Michael, the day after the purchase, but my concerns were met with silence. Given the seriousness of these safety issues, I expected a prompt and professional response, which I did not receive. To further investigate these issues, I took the vehicle to a Mercedes after-sales service center, where technicians confirmed the existence of these problems. Despite this, the response from the dealership has been inadequate. This experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of response and accountability from BMW SF is concerning, especially considering the potential safety risks involved. I regret choosing this dealership for my purchase and caution potential buyers to reconsider doing business with them based on my experience. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to be aware of the service and product quality we receive.
