Dear Aaron, I hope this message finds you well. I received the reply in Dealer Rater from you. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I urgently need to address a pressing matter regarding the Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz C300 I purchased from your dealership last month. 1. **Vibration Issues**: When driving at speeds above 65mph, there is a noticeable and concerning vibration in the car body and brake pedal. 2. **Handling Instability**: The car feels unstable and tends to slide, especially when driving over bumps or manhole covers. 3. **Electrical Noise**: A distinct electrical buzzing noise emanates from above the glove compartment when the air conditioning is on. These issues became apparent the day after the purchase. I promptly reported them to the sales team but have not received a response. Given the potential safety risks, I feel an urgent need to seek resolution. The problems were not apparent during the test drive but were immediately noticeable from the second day of ownership. I have since had the vehicle assessed at a Mercedes after-sales service center, where technicians confirmed these issues. Additionally, I visited the dealership yesterday, and the team, including Sales Andy, acknowledged the problems. They suggested tire balancing, which I pursued, but the issues persist. I must emphasize that these problems were pre-existing and not caused by my driving. Had I been aware of these issues before purchase, I might have reconsidered. This experience has been quite unsatisfactory, and I am seeking a prompt and comprehensive solution. I kindly request all necessary repairs and parts replacements to fully address these issues.
