Probably the best service advisor I have ever had. I flew up to BMW of San Francisco to buy my car. Lenny who I originally started my purchase with - ended up going on vacation, so Gabe helped me finish the purchase. Then Lenny disappeared, apparently he does not work there anymore. I have been very unhappy with my car and purchase/follow through. BMW of San Francisco has lied to me and not followed through with the issues they were going to follow up with. Now I already need new tires after two months? My manuals have not been delivered to me. The general manager, Aaron Escarrega, did initially sound like he was going to go through with the promises made for my sale. So, I went ahead and gave them all 10's on the review like they asked me to. Well after that, he disappeared like a ghost. He has ignored my emails, texts and phone calls. He told the receptionist he has done everything he can to make me happy. Really? When your service center sold me my car and it was not ready for purchasing? I asked countless times to see the service records, and no one ever produced them to me. I went to my local BMW dealer and they told me none of the services they promised me were done before selling me my car. So Aaron did make that part right by adding a maintenance program, because his service center lied and messed up. No one has ever admitted that they did not fix the things that should have been fixed and no records produced to this day, however, adding the maintenance program tells me they realize they messed up. The used car sales manager, Andy, was not helpful when my car they just sold me had a dent on it and blatantly told me to my face it can not be fixed. I brought it to my local BMW dealership and it was fixed within 20 mins! John Meier, the finance guy, upsold me on an extended warranty and refused to get me the cost matrix I was asking for - instead he just looked puzzled when I asked for it. So for Aaron Escarrega, you are just fixing the mess that your dealership screwed up on - that is doing the bare minimum. Because of this, I have reached out to BMW USA to adjust the review I gave them and filed a complaint. I will not let them take advantage of me. More
