I've always had great service for my BMW but the last service was not great. My car had to stay an extra day for a repair which was fine, but when I called to ask when it would be ready, I was told sever service was not great. My car had to stay an extra day for a repair which was fine, but when I called to ask when it would be ready, I was told several times someone would call me back to let me know it's status. I had to call 5 times during the day and nobody would call me back. Finally, I had to go down to the dealership to talk to someone in person just to find out my car service was complete. I have no idea why their customer service communication completely broke down, but it was super frustrating. Hopefully a one off issue. More

They are straightforward and easy to work with. As with any dealership repairs are quite expensive but I have the confidence that my car is well taken care of. The complimentary Uber ride while I waited was also nice. More
