They did a great job for us and were good enough to get us a loaner on short notice (car was brought in by BMW Roadside). Only reason for 4 vs 5 was that I don't feel that they adequately diagnosed before us a loaner on short notice (car was brought in by BMW Roadside). Only reason for 4 vs 5 was that I don't feel that they adequately diagnosed before recommending what would have turned out to be an unnecessary repair. After talking them through it, they re-diagnosed and determined the true issue, which was covered under warranty (as opposed to the originally diagnosed issue which was not). Staff was courteous, responsive and helpful. More

After dealing with other dealers, BMW of S. F. is far superior in drop off and pick up. I do wish I had a little more communication through the day on what they discovered.
