The salesperson was not all knowledge with the car I was buying. The process was too long. I would expected BMW would give all weather mats for free which they did in the past when I bought my previous BM buying. The process was too long. Couple of days later, I got check engine light on my new BMW X1 car. I had to take off work to bring into service. I had to keep my car overnight. Another disappointing! More

Recently I was quoted a repair from a local mechanic I thought I could trust. Something did not seem right about the price and work quoted so I took it to BMW of San Francisco for a 2nd quote. I was pleasantly suprised to find that the work was covered under a special additional warranty I was not aware of and as a result I saved thousands! They really know their stuff! More

I did send a review in earlier. ... Lawrence Hoe, my service person was wonderful. The issue I had was an urgent one so I got an appt for the next. No loaners were available at time ... Lawrence Hoe, my service person was wonderful. The issue I had was an urgent one so I got an appt for the next. No loaners were available at time I got my appt but Laurence found one for me the day I came in. It was very important to me to have a loaner since I have difficult walking due to knee issues. There was a malfunction found in my drive train and Laurence explained several possible issues and warranty coverage may be possible to use. He kept me informed thru out the day and was able to get my car back to me washed and service complete by end of day. And my extended warranty covered the problem. I was very pleased with all the folks I interfaced with. I came back a could have days later since I was not able to reinstall my CarPlay. A very nice and capable Young man who they call on to help with car play issues worked for at least 15 minutes to get it back working and I really appreciated his expertise. I am grateful to have this dealership in San Francisco. More
