Great customer service. I had a flat tire cost by a pothole, and I was in desperate need to get it fixed so I could drive to meetings. The salesman was great, but the experience of leasing was a disaster. First option: website indicated sunroof, but there was no sunroof. Second option: car was badly damaged when pulling it from the lot. Thi a disaster. First option: website indicated sunroof, but there was no sunroof. Third option: much more than I wanted to pay but there were no more options and I needed a car as my previous one was already turned in. I then asked if any features the car had would end during term and require me to pay, was told NO, now I'm told in 3 months a whole set of features I have are going to go away unless I pay a subscription fee. I clearly asked about this before driving off the lot, and would have negotiated differently, if I was told this to begin with. Very disappointed and frustrated. More
