For example, with <20k miles on my X1, it was apparently time to replace the rear brake pads. I agreed to pay an additional amount to extend the warranty to cover front brake pads in the event that was needed before my lease expired. After the servicing, I was informed that the front brake pads looked good. Had I been offered the opportunity to make the decision to extend the warranty after the evaluation, I could have saved myself around $300. In any event, I’ll be more proactive in the future. But a more efficient evaluation/guidance process would be helpful. More
I had an emergency where one of my tire was losing air rapidly. The tech checked it out and turns out my tire has a flat. Took my car immediately. Although I had schedule a routine maintenance the foll rapidly. The tech checked it out and turns out my tire has a flat. Took my car immediately. Although I had schedule a routine maintenance the following week, they decide to include service as well. I love they video the inspection of my entire and pointed out their findings on another tire. Although I always trusted BMW, such a great idea doing video of the inspection, I commend BMW! Since I came in late to the shop, a loaner was not available. Thank you for offering an Uber. My car was ready the next day! Thank you for your service. More
