I bought the car. It was paid for. IN FULL ! The delivery terms were agreed to by the manager. Was expecting delivery but when no one contacted me + learned that the car I bought was still for sale. What ? Not only did I buy it, I even bought insurance for it. Then the rug gets pulled out under me ? nahhh. Not cool. Not Professional. I dont know how you want me to contact you. The deal is gone. The car is gone. Very disappointed in BMW and the s___ show it allows to materialize under its name. I suggest BMW take greater responsibility in its brand management. Only reason I came here was because of the BMW brand. Expected something better than used car sales + salesmen.
