When I was at the center everyone seemed friendly and helpful. All the text messages with video walkarounds pointing out particular problems with the car were very helpful, too. I paid my bill and left, but then I decided to check my records and found that they offered me a coolant flush even though it has been already flushed at this very center less than a year ago, and I just trusted them. Of course I get numerous of automated emails from them begging me to leave 10/10 and call or text if I have any problems, which I did. I exchanged texts with Paul Pappas for several weeks trying to get an explanation why the flush was offered to me in the first place, and I was told several times that 'everyone is aware of my request there', 'decision makers are out of town'. Things only changed after I left 3/10 review, and then I was reached out by Vincent, the advisor that proposed the flush, he was very apologetic and claimed that he's going to send the refund check right away and offered me a detail next time I am visiting the center. It's been a couple of days and I haven't received the check yet, so can't really tell if they keep up their promises, but the whole situation could have been resolved way more gracefully, let alone not offering me the same service I did there before. I'd say for your own good make sure you're aware of service timings before bringing in your car to routine maintenance, so they won't upsell you something you don't really need. More
I don't think anyone really enjoys having to take their car in for servicing, but I actually enjoy taking my car to BMW of San Francisco. The appointment system is easy and they always have a lot of avail car in for servicing, but I actually enjoy taking my car to BMW of San Francisco. The appointment system is easy and they always have a lot of availability. Checking in is a breeze, the technicians are top notch, they know their cars. The communication is great, and they always seem to come in below their initial estimates. The facility is amazing, they have one of the best coffee machines I've seen and it's always great to walk around the showroom floor and check out their beautiful cars. The only problem is my car only needs servicing about once a year, I wish I could come in more often, well kind of! More
