They were suppose to send me all the documents thru email after I purchased my car, I never received it. The worse part is that I kept calling them for my documents but nobody answer my phone. They just kept ignoring me. I have to work 6 days a week, I have to go there and get it somehow. I guess maybe it is because I paid full in cash for my car? So after they took all my money they just don’t care anymore? Very bad experience. Never go there again. More
Sales team were awesome and helpful but service is another story. I was able to get a lot of help and assistance during the process of purchasing a used car. But after the purchase I was dissatisfied another story. I was able to get a lot of help and assistance during the process of purchasing a used car. But after the purchase I was dissatisfied with the level of help and assistance afterwards. The first day after buying the car and taking out of the lot, I had my emergency button pop off from its clip and unable to engage the parking brake normally. It has some play prior to the purchase but unaware that it was going to come off. I contacted my sales rep that’s been helpful thru the process but wasn’t as helpful to press the issue. The service on another hand blamed me for bad use of the vehicle and cannot fix “cosmetic” issues that I’ve done even tho I told him my issue and it happened the 4 hours owning the car. Zero help or compensation. The service guy didn’t even want to bother checking out the issue as it seemed he didn’t care. I’d recommend tested everything on a purchase to the point of breaking them since service want to act like xxxxxxxx More
