Poor communication, Lacks Transparency, Only care about the sale. I contacted BMW SF about a used Mercedes with some 92K on the odometer. It took several attempts to Dinu Cotoros to get the walk around vid the sale. I contacted BMW SF about a used Mercedes with some 92K on the odometer. It took several attempts to Dinu Cotoros to get the walk around video. His excuse for the delay was that it was raining. No follow up. So I had to babysit him. There wasn’t much service history to go by and getting information has proven elusive. During my phone calls, I experienced rude behavior from the staff, including being cut off, hung up on, and not receiving any callbacks. Larry (2nd & 3rd Call) was particularly confrontational and had a short attention span. I had to repeat my concerns several times. He could exercise the common sense to write anything down. On call 4, I reached Carl Chenault who at least had an acceptable temperament and the wherewithal to hold a conversation together unlike the other salesmen. However, any inspection would have to take place on site. Additionally, he refused to disclose the dealer fees unless I filled out the credit application. Absurd. Carl dodged my question should the dealership fumble the DMV registration. I wonder how they treat the cleaning crew? Overall, my experience with BMW of San Francisco was abysmal and I can’t think of a worse experience in 20+ yrs of car buying. The central issue with BMW SF is one of trust and a pattern of deception. The saga continued when I did not immediately move forward. Enter Rod Helaire. I then received a text from Rod Helaire, sales manager (one of many) who's evidently not in the apology business when I informed him of his sales staff. I texted Rod about additional info and was ignored. When I pressed him he decided it was best not to do business and cut off any further discussion. This says everything about this dealer. More

Lucas recommended the work that my BMW needed and for that I am thankful. I've been coming to the dealership for getting service to my vehicle since I bought in 2017. Thank you that I am thankful.
