Salesman was dismissive of my needs and some of his emails were rude. Used car manager was saccharine and full of xx. They only stepped into action to respect the parameters for a deal (that I made cle emails were rude. Used car manager was saccharine and full of xx. They only stepped into action to respect the parameters for a deal (that I made clear verbally and in writing from the beginning) when I told them I was walking away from the deal and about to take delivery of a new Volvo instead of the BMW that I ordered months prior. In the end, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted, but the process of getting there was slimy and unprofessional. Furthermore, the Finance Department was disorganized and took 2 hours to complete paperwork at the time of delivery. They also created a contract with the wrong interest rate. Fortunately I caught the mistake. I will not work with this dealership again. More
