I brought my car in for service and the issue was worse when I picked up the car after the service was completed. After a few days, I called to ask about the worsening issue and brought it in again for ser when I picked up the car after the service was completed. After a few days, I called to ask about the worsening issue and brought it in again for service. They didn’t answer any of my questions and the issue is still worse than before my first appointment and remains unresolved. I will not take my car back to this dealer for service again. More

I went back to purchase another car a month later and address issues with the first one. My family and I stood 10 minutes at front desk without being helped. After being acknowledged, we had to go get food and come back because they weren’t ready to help us, though I had set an appointment. The manager I spoke to the week prior, changed his tune about how we would solve the issues with the first car (would do what he said IF I bought again) All in all, they have good prices and good inventory, but the professionalism isn’t there. I bought the second car at Audi the following day with much better customer service. More
