I leased a vehicle from BMW SF at the end of December 2023. They told me there was no problem shipping the vehicle to me since I live in WA state. However, it has been THREE weeks since I signed the leas 2023. They told me there was no problem shipping the vehicle to me since I live in WA state. They couldn't give me an ETA since they do not know when the car shipping company will pick up the vehicle. It messed up my plans as I planned to sell my current car in early January but now I could not. Stay away from this dealership if you are shopping out of state. More

My experience - as usual - has been nothing less than stellar. My 2017 540i has been serviced exclusively at this service center and as a result, the machine ticks like a well-wound watch.
