This is my 4th car I have leased from this dealership. Back in October I started getting letters about turning my car in early. Then they went dark for a few months until I mentioned I was thinking of a Tesla or Mustang Mach e since I wanted to try electric. I January the called me in and gave me my options. I told them I wanted all the options my 430i had. So, I trusted that and bought a new i4. Only to find out it is missing one option I depended on. So too late for me on that. But the biggest aggravation is that when you purchase a $57,000.00 car there is no one to help you go through all the settings/options/questions. They just tell you to call this number and the person that works there will verbally go through your questions and try to help you figure them out. Mercedes never did that to me, they had someone, yes, a real live person come sit in the car with me and go through all my questions. So not the best purchase experience. More

I had no appointment yet my lt. rear tire kept loosing air over the weekend so brought car in at 7am. I felt rushed out after buying and scolded for misunderstanding picking my vehicle up. I was surprised that there was no delivery as I have bought much less expensive cars from further away and th misunderstanding picking my vehicle up. I was surprised that there was no delivery as I have bought much less expensive cars from further away and they delivered to my door. After the purchase, no one sat and explained anything to me, or asked me what I was looking for. I knew which car to look at, but there was no discussion as to whether this one was right. I felt like I was being rushed out, like, "okay, you're not buying a new car, so go." And when I went to pick my old car up, I was made to feel like I was a huge hassle. After spending 50k, it wasn't great. I will say the salesman was very nice and I enjoyed speaking with him. I understand there are other customers, but this was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased and the least amount of time given to me to help me learn about the car. More
