From check-in to check-out, BMW of San Diego made my visit comfortable, thorough, and timely. My customer rep (Glen) made sure I knew where the customer lounge was and even offered to escort me to the newly renovated space. The seats were plush and the environment great for passing time. Glen's service ticket for my vehicle included at least 10 maintenance actions, ranging from an oil change to wipers replacement to vehicle inspection. The car wash was a bonus. Although estimated to take two-and-a-half hours, the mechanics completed the service in an hour and a half and I was on my way home with a belly full of premium coffee and a smile on my face. Great service. These guys really went the distance for me and my vehicle. More
