I've said it before and I'll say it again, this dealership is amazing. Malcom who manages the rental fleet provides FANTASTIC customer service. That being said, Malcolm was accommodating throughout the entire process even switching me into the car I preferred when he had no obligation to do so. He consistently goes above and beyond on every visit to ensure I walk out a happy customer. Furthermore, I highly recommend requesting Andrew Kim for your service advisor. I've been going to him since I bought my first BMW and wouldn't have it any other way. Over the years their hasn't been a single time he hasn't taken care of me. I was looking to lease a new vehicle. I read great things about the 3 series. Paid them a visit only to be greeted by the LAZIEST salesman. I mean I get it, it’s a hot day, you probably get a bunch or young about the 3 series. Paid them a visit only to be greeted by the LAZIEST salesman. I mean I get it, it’s a hot day, you probably get a bunch or young crowds bored from quarantining wasting your time but I was clearly interested and knew what I w anted. All the man did was walk around the lot pointing at where the models are parked. He didn’t offer to schedule a test drive and was just uninterested in my business. He could have tucked his shirt in and out on a smile. I recommend visiting a different dealer in the area if you want a better experience. More
