I’ve had a few visits in this dealership. This is the second car purchased from there. Amazing experience both times. A few services there already on this current BMW, good experiences there. Also Alejandra at the loaner car desk was very helpful in finding me a particular loaner car that I wanted. She also took the time to sanitize the loaner car in front me so I feel safe in it. Yes but . . . My 2nd dealing with this dealership and mixed marks. My choices are here or going to dealer 30 miles away. Work done well and timely. Courtesy staff. What bothered me was what could be classified as predatory behavior being a female. I was told that all was good but one tire was low in air, we can get you a new tire today for only $366. I asked if there was a leak or hole. No, just that it was low. Really?!? The tread wear is the same as the others so what's the issue and would you do this to a man? I will give 1 more try and then I will go to a non-Pensky BMW dealer. More
