I had Chris L. In the beginning and was a pleasure. He listened to my concerns and arranged the proper service. This was one of the worst dealerships that I have dealt with when trying to obtain a lease quote on a new BMW. Ryan Littlefield replied to my online inquiry for a lease quote on a particular vehicle they with when trying to obtain a lease quote on a new BMW. Ryan Littlefield replied to my online inquiry for a lease quote on a particular vehicle they had. Ryan's offer was nothing short of an insult. When I called him out on it, he miraculously adjusted the amount to a lower, yet still overinflated quote. He then tried the "name your own price" scheme that's more suitable at a Toyota dealership than it is at BMW. After I replied, he never sent a response. The GM of the dealership, Tracy Moorman , was made aware of this by me, and he advised that someone from management would follow up with me. Stephen Kang, the sales manager sent me one email with absurd terms again. Once I responded to him, he never made an effort to continue the conversation. After all this, my spouse sent Mr. Kang an email, which also went unanswered. The final straw was when I sent a direct email to the general manager again, where I emplaned in great detail what transpired with his so-called management staff, and how they basically blew me off. To this day, 3 days later, the general manager has yet to respond to my email. Bottom line: BMW of San Diego does not want your business. More
