Brought my car in for regular maintenance and to check out an odd noise. Service advisor dodged my calls, refusing to update me on status and then lied about progress even though no work was done. Kept out an odd noise. Service advisor dodged my calls, refusing to update me on status and then lied about progress even though no work was done. Kept my car for 2 days and did literally nothing (not even the simple oil change that was due) and lied telling me it had been done when I asked point blank. There are plenty of other service centers out there, so avoid this one at all costs. More
