Working with Jason Balelo was an absolute pleasure, by far it was the most simple and fastest time I've had buying a car. Jason never tried to push or rush me into making a decision and worked with me every step of the way. I was in and out in around 2 hours after deciding on the car. Amy in finance made sure to explain everything but was never pushy. Overall I am so thankful for the wonderful experience buying my m340i. If you are ever looking to buy a BMW I would definitely recommend going to Jason Balelo at BMW San Diego! More
Would not trust them for anything. Just got off the phone with the general manager, who defended exploiting an out of area involuntary customer with no options. Had a wheel blowout on Just got off the phone with the general manager, who defended exploiting an out of area involuntary customer with no options. Had a wheel blowout on my rear right tie. Could not not find my wheel lock in my trunk,. I was 100 miles from home. Dealer the only place where a wheel lock could be found purchased, and they did not carry my wheel lock. It was either a $1,500 tow or ask the service department to remove the wheel lock and put a regular lug nut in replacement so I could get my tire replaced. This takes 15 seconds total with an air gun, The initially quoted me $240 for a 15 second repair. When I complained, they lowered it to $96, which is still $23,040 an hour. I would accept as fair a nominal amount, but they needed to increase their profits. In certain situations like this you cannot avoid a dealer, and the general manager thought it was okay to gouge a disable car owner 100 miles away. Stay away from San Diego BMW f at all possible. They are vultures flying over a carcass, and profits are all that they care about. For normal, non-emergency repairs, don't give them your business if you live in the San Diego area. They will exploit and rip you off. More

I have spent over 10 grand on the services only and have been going to the dealer once a month now. something always breaks and for some reason my car has been sitting in this dealership for the last two weeks because of a problem their "master bmw tech' caused. They are scammers here. More

She advised the Windshield Replacement is done through Penske Auto Glass and advised me to call 480-421-4400 to schedule the repair, and that the loaner vehicle will be provided by the repair facility (in this case, NOT by BMW of San Diego) I called Penske Auto Glass, and they advised this is for AZ and they have asked CA dealers to avoid these referrals. They did provide me with a correct contact - 858-223-4280. I then called Penske Collision San Diego and they advised there are no loaner vehicles ... and the dealer wrongly informed the customer. I called BMW of San Diego back, and asked to speak to the same person, so I can provide her with very valuable information given to me by Penske Collision San Diego, the lady over the phone said "OKAY I WILL TRANSFER YOU OVER TO PENSKE AUTO GLASS" .... I told her no no, I dont need someone from the glass shop, I am asking for someone at the actual BMW dealer .... she went ahead and transferred me anyways to Penske Auto Glass. MANAGEMENT: Please train your staff. PLEASE PLEASE train your staff on listening skills. And please have your staff be more conscious of misinformation (IE, dont tell people the auto glass shop provides loaner vehicles). And lastly, please refer to the CORRECT glass facility. Thanks! I was frustrated and steaming, since its Not even a week when I purchased the 330E. When my daughter driving home from school by herself at night the car it started to shakes, lost power, completely dead when I purchased the 330E. When my daughter driving home from school by herself at night the car it started to shakes, lost power, completely dead and stalled in the freeway. My daughter was terrified when she called me waited for 3 hrs for the BMW road side assistance to tow the car to BMW SD. I thought CPO BMW is free of mechanical defects and has been thoroughly inspected. Since its a CPO car and the seller Tony showed me the CARFAX everything is fine. Lesson learned, be aware before buying a preowned. I did not expect the next morning Mr. Soto of BMW SD service dept called, his demeanor and customer service is immaculate. He EPITOMIZED an example of after the sales customer service and he assured me that BMW SD got my back. Mr. Soto provided me a service car and has been giving me status. Mr Soto not only treated me with respect but he also show he care about his customer. He understand what I had experienced that I am worried about the safety of my family having been stranded in the freeway late at night. My first impression, I am giving BMW SD a 5 star of their initial OUTSTANDING job handling of this situation. Great service so far, Mr. Soto of BMW San Diego and thank you to the BMW SD management for looking into this matter. Excellent service thorough, efficient and timely. Marcelino is a great service advisor, check him out. More

Worst experience ever in buying a supposed to be a nice car, but it is a night mare when they only said that they only inspect what they can see and were ever is inside they dont know, my car broke just af car, but it is a night mare when they only said that they only inspect what they can see and were ever is inside they dont know, my car broke just after 3 weeks and they dint care because it was a Preowned car, that I asked and the seller told that it has been inspected and they assured that everything was working right, but… they only inspect the outside not the inside … so Am I supposed to do it… when you go a BMW dealer you expect high standards … I Wasn’t right, now my cat is the shop with an invoice that I have to paid after only 3 weeks… really, never going back, be aware before buying a Preowned BMW car. This was my first visit and I only came in for an oil change and filter replacements. Though I bought it used, they found my vehicles records and get me squared away. The wait area was so pleasant and change and filter replacements. Though I bought it used, they found my vehicles records and get me squared away. The wait area was so pleasant and clean and quiet.
