Full tune up I took my 2003 330i in for a tune up and engine light. Kenzie was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the process. Awkward..... Dropped off vehicle and was given a ride home by a very friendly employee. Didn't receive a call that service was done which would have been nice. When I arrived our service rep was dealing with "something" and she was unable to to talk with me as she said it was personal. So I respected this and talked with Chris for a bit before she asked to talk with him. After waiting for some time I finally went to Gary and the paperwork had been completed so it was an easy check out and go. More

Great service center I have taken my car into the BMW of Salem dealership for service on a couple occasions. Each time I have had Kenzie as a service advisor. She is a great service advisor, as she is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about BMW service. Regarding the actual service performed, I don't have any complaints, it has always been done on time and I have not had any issues with the quality of the work. I don't have any experience with the sales department, as I have not purchased any vehicles here. More
