Oil change When I made the appointment I never said I will leave the car over there. I was surprised when I was told that it will be done by 5pm it was 10:30am When I made the appointment I never said I will leave the car over there. Coffee, WiFi and and a place to make calls, everything I needed to keep working. Kenzie kept me up-to-date with texts and notes while I was on the phone. The three hours flew by and they were finished before I finished my calls. I'd purchased my used Z4 at this dealership a year earlier with a service package, just in case. And had wondered if that was a good idea as I'd had no trouble with it. But it was great peace of mind and I was very pleasantly surprised that all the work was covered, no charge at all. very nice. More
