Superb, as always I keep my cars for a longer than average period, 13 years. As such, the relationship between me and the dealership largely revolves around my experience with the Service department (all your departments are absolutely superb, by the way). My wife and I left Mercedes and sold two of our three Mercedes the same day over their Service department. This BMW's dealership Service department is the finest I've ever encountered. Everything is always correct, polite, and as it should be. They go out of their way to be proactive and make the ownership truly a joy. As great as each and every one of them is, I'd like to single out Aaron Winer. This young man has the savvy of a gentleman of far more years. As I said, post sale...it's the Service department that makes/breaks return customers. All your staff is of the finest caliber, and its difficult to stand out in such a group, but (to absolutely no other staff's detriment) Mr. Winer consistently does such. I'm retired. I've hired and fired many in my years. He triggers the "headhunter" reflex in me, and were I still working, I'd be working on hiring him away from you. I've few compliments greater than this. More

My driving experience continues to be exceptional because I drive a very satisfying BMW and because of the exceptional way I’m treated by Gary and the Service team at BMW of Salem. Excellent communication, technicians that are friendly and engaged and business processes designed to proactively resolve issues related to my car, which by the way, has been very reliable over the past 7 years of ownership. I would also like to add, that having formerly been employed as a Customer Experience Manager for Mercedes-Benz, I know how difficult it can be, to consistently perform in what can best be described as a dynamic environment, with very demanding clients like myself. The communication and quality of service work Chris and his team provide, is truly as remarkable and unique among car dealerships and independent repair shops. More

KENNY KLINK IS A GEM I Had a fantastic visit. yesterday as I've been struggling with the balance issue on some aftermarket wheels and hub centering rings for my E32 (a '93 I Had a fantastic visit. yesterday as I've been struggling with the balance issue on some aftermarket wheels and hub centering rings for my E32 (a '93 740i). I had been to two separate tire shops over the past year to remedy my problem, and should have just come to BMW of Salem right off the bat. Very reasonable price at 79.00 for a wheel balance that is thorough and that's with a nice wash of the car! Mackenzie Thompson is great to deal with at the service desk. She knows her stuff, is attentive and very smart and always understands what to ask and what I'm asking. Kenny Klink is an absolute master at tracking things down, giving communication and then solving the problem. I'd trust him with any BMW I have, for any problem! I always also enjoy speaking with guys like Brian and Jim in sales, as they're always friendly and informative. Looking over the newer BMWs can be a lot of fun while waiting for some service.
