Maintenance & detail I was able to add a detail to my service time last minute. I very much appreciated that. BMW does a wonderful detail job and this time was no exceptio I was able to add a detail to my service time last minute. I very much appreciated that. BMW does a wonderful detail job and this time was no exception. I discovered that maps are not updated with service and maintenance. That was very disappointing! Therefore I also asked for my navigation to be updated. I was told they don’t have the time that day but they could schedule me for the next week although after sending my time availability I never received a call or text again. This lack of follow thru was very disappointing. More

Went out of his way to make our visit in for a recall comfortable Tim was our service dept. agent and so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! 5 Stars! Went out of his way to make our visit in for a recall comfortable and quick. Got us a rental car quickly and kept in touch using text messaging. He took pictures of our vehicle parts so we could see what they found. Really nice people! More
