Maintenance & detail I was able to add a detail to my service time last minute. I very much appreciated that. Therefore I also asked for my navigation to be updated. I was told they don’t have the time that day but they could schedule me for the next week although after sending my time availability I never received a call or text again. This lack of follow thru was very disappointing. More
