Sudden & super service On arrival in the service bay I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to Tim Weir. I was just there for my annual oil change, bu On arrival in the service bay I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to Tim Weir. I was just there for my annual oil change, but Tim said a passenger airbag recall had just come out, so he was able to get that taken care of as well. I was in and out in a little over an hour of snacking in the waiting area and checking out the new BMW's. So I got the usual royal treatment and would certainly recommend BMW of Salem's service dept. So Easy From our very first visit to this dealership in regards to purchasing a different vehicle through this most recent service visit they make the process From our very first visit to this dealership in regards to purchasing a different vehicle through this most recent service visit they make the process so easy. I had a drivetrain warning come up on my car Tuesday, they wanted to me to come in that day but it didn't work out. They made time for me the following day. They setup a text service so you get notified throughout the service, they email you the summary of what they did. They washed and vacuumed the car before I picked it up, didn't even ask for that. I never once feel pressured to complete any of the other options they recommend. I have worked with a couple of the people in service but mostly with Aaron and he is incredibly professional which is awesome. Now if we could just get BMW to go back to diesels, I might buy a new one. More
