When you take your car to BMW of Salem, you're greeted properly in a facility that is pristine. Estimates are always thorough and complete with cost so you know how much you're going to spend. The customer waiting area is really really nice with snacks and coffee. They keep you in the loop and let you know the progress of your repair while you wait. Lomg trip to Indiana and back. Lots of bugs on front. About 95% removed and front windshield still had some bird poop on it after washing. All was pointed out when I got rig back.
