I worked with Joe Gomez and he was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and had my car for just one day and fixed a recall and figured out why a warning light was on in my car. He did not lie to me, he got the warning off, some kind of loose communication in the car. And, he only charged me 1/2 of what he quoted me. You guys always give the best service. More

Although my appointment was for 9:15, due to the fact that there was only one person available to take people in, I was delayed at check-in for 20 minutes or so. Then, was told it would take 2 hours for that there was only one person available to take people in, I was delayed at check-in for 20 minutes or so. Then, was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change????? Actually, it took only 1.5 hours!!!! My service rep was very capable and handled everything to the high level that I expect of BMW. However, the delay and time for service was unacceptable. More
