the only complaint that I would consider is when I come to have my BMW wash, I don't think it was the best done. Several time I've spotted missed area, tat was front side panel for my two cars. They kept my vehicle all day and no time to wash it. Also, I have noticed some one was resting inside my car because the driver seat was all the way down. I could be wrong and I thought that was kind a odd. I guess I just picked the wrong day to let them service my vehicle. More
