Had a good experience with my car repair needs. Aaron was great! He was able to get a repair covered under warranty (which I thought should have been, but was initially denied), set up the use of a Aaron was great! Felt like repairs took a little long, but I’m not a mechanic and sometimes can be impatient ( just ask the wife). Overall, a good experience, and got to drive a newish vehicle. More

Detailing: Gave a 7 out of 10. Wax applied unevenly, looked down length of car and wax job appeared runny (streaky) down doors. Not noticeable from a short distance straight on. Right side mirror was damaged but BMW is replacing it. Last years detailing I gave a 9 out of 10 and wax application was much better. Management was very helpful in getting replacement mirror. More
