I ultimately special ordered my new BMW and Brian provided constant updates on the production and shipping status. His estimate of when the new car arrived was very accurate. Brian is a real BMW enthusiast and was very knowledgable of the brand. He had lots of good advice on features and what options made sense for my special order. I would gladly purchase any future BMW from BMW of Salem and would recommend them to anyone considering a new BMW. More

Great Service Nathan and Daniel made our experience painless. We are from Tacoma, Wa and when we arrived the paperwork was ready and the car was ready to go too.
