We'd done some shopping with a (very) nearby dealership that falls under the same Lithia ownership umbrella and were shocked at the difference styles of management. In contrast to that experience, Eli provided a top notch experience from start to finish. We arrived at a number that was agreeable within 15 minutes of sitting down. There was no smoke and mirrors. No insulting discussions explaining "how the business works". No hours of waiting for the sales manager to come to a decision. Furthermore, when I had to wait nearly an hour for a call from my wife who was in a meeting, they applied absolutely no pressure and we just chatted about cars along with Jim, another salesman there who appears to know every known fact about automobiles - BMW's or otherwise. Finally, dealing with Daniel in the "Papers Department" was ironically, an enjoyable experience. It's important to note that the entire transaction was for a vehicle that cost less than $20,000, yet it felt like some of the purchases we'd made when we didn't have a kid in college. We drove away with a freshly detailed, fully inspected BMW i3 that felt brand new. I'll be back. (And not like Arnold, either.) More

trade in My 535 had a leak in the transmission at 50,000 miles, they fixed it and it began to leak again at 75,000 miles. BMW wouldn't stand behind the fix ( My 535 had a leak in the transmission at 50,000 miles, they fixed it and it began to leak again at 75,000 miles. BMW wouldn't stand behind the fix (should have replaced the transmission under warranty at 50,000) so the dealership made good on the brand promise and got me into a new vehicle for the price I felt was fair.
