So unexpected! I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with BMW. I had never gone car shopping by myself before, so I was so nervous. I was purchasing a used veh I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with BMW. I had never gone car shopping by myself before, so I was so nervous. I was purchasing a used vehicle, and when I test drove it, there was a noise that concerned me, so they said "we'll take care of that for you". So I left it there over night, picked it up the next day, but could still hear it, so I went in, knowing full well that cars are sold "as is", and that it's used, so I wasn't expecting a perfect car, I expected him to tell me just that..."as is, sorry". NOPE! HE WAS SO NICE and said they told me they would fix it, so they will fix it. They paid to have a brand new timing chain put in a 2009 vehicle I purchased. I can't even explain the gratitude I have for BMW. Thank you so much for making my car buying experience great! More
