When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles ready. We took them for a drive and drove the one we purchased twice to make sure it was the one we wanted. T.J. explained all the features of each vehicle as we drove. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was like going for a drive with a friend. When we decided on the one, TJ made the whole purchase process efficiently and effortlessly for us. His expertise and knowledge of the vehicles he sells is amazing. Top notch service I always get the VIP treatment when I take my old Bimmer in for service. BMW of Salem probably isn't the cheapest place around, but the service adviso I always get the VIP treatment when I take my old Bimmer in for service. BMW of Salem probably isn't the cheapest place around, but the service advisors are knowledgeable and techs do excellent work quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the compressive inspection and wash (weather permitting) they include at each visit. The parts department is excellent also. More
