Superb, as always I keep my cars for a longer than average period, 13 years. My wife and I left Mercedes and sold two of our three Mercedes the same day over their Service department. This BMW's dealership Service department is the finest I've ever encountered. Everything is always correct, polite, and as it should be. They go out of their way to be proactive and make the ownership truly a joy. As great as each and every one of them is, I'd like to single out Aaron Winer. This young man has the savvy of a gentleman of far more years. As I said, post sale...it's the Service department that makes/breaks return customers. All your staff is of the finest caliber, and its difficult to stand out in such a group, but (to absolutely no other staff's detriment) Mr. Winer consistently does such. I'm retired. I've hired and fired many in my years. He triggers the "headhunter" reflex in me, and were I still working, I'd be working on hiring him away from you. I've few compliments greater than this. More
