During the service he texted a number to me that I could use to check on the status of my vehicle or ask questions. I took him up on his offer and asked a question about cleaning the dye that had transferred from our jeans to the seats. When my car was ready he reviewed what had been done and had an answer to my question. His first recommendation was to try Neutrogena makeup remover pads. If that did not work, he said to call and schedule an appointment to have the seats cleaned, which would be included in our coverage. As it turns out, the Neutrogena pads worked great. More

Recall I went in for a recall on my air bags and within an hours or so they did an inspection for road saftey. Topped off all fluids.
