BMW does a wonderful detail job and this time was no exception. I discovered that maps are not updated with service and maintenance. That was very disappointing! Therefore I also asked for my navigation to be updated. I was told they don’t have the time that day but they could schedule me for the next week although after sending my time availability I never received a call or text again. This lack of follow thru was very disappointing. More

Seamless car buying experience I had the very great experience of leasing a new BMW from Brian Kemmerle and BMW of Salem. It was worth the 45 mile drive from Portland! Brian respond I had the very great experience of leasing a new BMW from Brian Kemmerle and BMW of Salem. It was worth the 45 mile drive from Portland! Brian responded promptly to questions or requests, and I was able to work out a deal with him pretty quickly via email. The price and terms were very fair--I compared several area dealers looking at the total cost over the course of the lease, not just payments and individual line items. Once we reached agreement, I filled out a lease application, made an appointment for delivery, and showed up. I had an incredibly busy week, let them know, and I was out of there in 90 minutes! This included a 25 minute test drive and a short tutorial on the car. Brian has an interesting background, and is fun to talk to. Daniel Barreto couldn't have been nicer or more efficient with the signing. More

He took pictures of our vehicle parts so we could see what they found. Really nice people! More
Shima made my first car purchase experience great! I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and s I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and she told me that she'd text me Sunday with answers. She kept her word and I went back on Sunday to look at the car again. I had barely slept all night, because I knew this was the car I wanted. It was scary for me, because this was my first time going to pick out my own car and finance it. She was never once pushy, and made me feel more calm and comfortable in my decision to move forward in the process. After we came to an agreement on the car, she sat with me at her desk and we made small talk until financing was ready for me. Daniel helped me get the financing set up. He wouldn't let me say no to the lifetime oil change, but I guess in the long run I will be happy to have it ha, and he was understanding that I wanted to keep my payments around a certain amount, and he made it happen. A couple days after I bought my car, I had to call to make a service appointment, per our agreement. Danielle was super nice and helpful on the phone, to get that set up. She called me back right away, and even text me to make confirmations. I never got to meet the manager as he just sat in his see through glass office looking bitter, but he helped get the agreement finalized as well. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a car here. They don't bombard you with phone calls, texts, or emails pressuring you to buy a car from them. I had visited many dealerships before I found my car, and the staff at BMW of Salem is one of the most friendliest and relaxed I encountered. I am happy doing business with them! More
Ames was absolutely wonderful to deal with! He made the whole experience of buying a car so enjoyable and easy. We never felt rushed or like we were just a sale to him. In the future if we are wanting another vehicle we will for sure be coming to Salem BMW and dealing with Ames specifically. More

Easiest car purchase yet. Sean Ostler and crew were awesome in facilitating for us to drive the vehicle ahead of time, think it over and buy the car. We made the appointment to come in Saturday and complete the deal and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and never once felt any pressure to buy.
