I had a drivetrain warning come up on my car Tuesday, they wanted to me to come in that day but it didn't work out. They made time for me the following day. They setup a text service so you get notified throughout the service, they email you the summary of what they did. They washed and vacuumed the car before I picked it up, didn't even ask for that. I never once feel pressured to complete any of the other options they recommend. I have worked with a couple of the people in service but mostly with Aaron and he is incredibly professional which is awesome. Now if we could just get BMW to go back to diesels, I might buy a new one. More

Awesome experience My wife and I spent over a year researching and shopping for our new car. Our journey ultimately led us to Jim @ BMW of Salem and the experience working with him is what sealed the deal for us. The dealership is cozy and not intimidating and Jim is as low pressure and relaxed of a salesman as you could ever ask for. At no time did we ever feel pressured and although we strung him along over two model years and multiple trips down to test drive various cars he was always willing to help and extremely attentive in communication. In the end we went with a factory order and Jim kept us up to date on its progress constantly. When pick up time came we felt like he went out of his way to make the experience special as we drove off with our new car. The finance department, probably the source of most of my anxiety due to experience with finance managers in the past, was an equally great experience. Daniel was super friendly, not at all intimating, and our deal was written up exactly as negotiated. No high pressure tactics, no undercoating. We could have been wrapped up with him in less than 30 minutes if not for our own desire to chit chat (it was a pretty slow Thursday night). All in all, super happy we went with BMW of Salem. We'll be back and will highly recommend them to friends and family. More
