Purchased my second new BMW and could not have had a better experience. Jesse helped me through the buying process. Never pushy and easy to get along with. Amazing customer service experience Jesse went above and beyond with his professionalism, customer service and his knowledge of BMW vehicles. He also made everything very simple and efficient once I arrived at the dealership. I let him know where I wanted to be price wise via phone calls and everything was agreed upon before I arrived at the dealership. This is my first BMW vehicle and Jesse made me feel very welcome to the BMW family. The Salem dealership is a beautiful building and showcases the vehicles incredibly well. I would rate my experience with Jesse and the Salem dealership as a 10/10 experience and will certainly be visiting again when its time for my next BMW. Greg More

Sudden & super service On arrival in the service bay I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who directed me to Tim Weir. I was just there for my annual oil change, but Tim said a passenger airbag recall had just come out, so he was able to get that taken care of as well. I was in and out in a little over an hour of snacking in the waiting area and checking out the new BMW's. So I got the usual royal treatment and would certainly recommend BMW of Salem's service dept. TJ Selby provided his customary outstanding service resulting in a 5 start rating. However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twic resulting in a 5 start rating. However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twice in a 6-month period while leasing 2 new vehicles. He needs training in customer service and more product knowledge. More
