This is my first BMW vehicle and Jesse made me feel very welcome to the BMW family. The Salem dealership is a beautiful building and showcases the vehicles incredibly well. I was in and out in a little over an hour of snacking in the waiting area and checking out the new BMW's. So I got the usual royal treatment and would certainly recommend BMW of Salem's service dept. TJ Selby provided his customary outstanding service resulting in a 5 start rating. However I can't make favorable comments about your BMW genius with whom we had less than pleasant interactions twic resulting in a 5 start rating. He needs training in customer service and more product knowledge. More
