I couldn't be happier about my experience here. My M550 has the AC recharge completed faster than anticipated, and had a great wash done with the service as well. Best service department around. I live within 10 miles of two other BMW dealerships and choose to drive 40 miles to have BMW Salem care for my two X5s. I will always go back to BMW Salem for purchases and service. They don't 'panic' you about things they find and they are reasonable about prioritizing recommendations for repairs. I do miss the pre-covid days of complimentary breakfast and lunch orders for the while you wait customers! Chris Wright took care of my Volvos and BMWs for almost 20 years. More

The service area at BMW Salem is awesome. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they’re always willing to step forward to help you have a great experience. I live 60 miles away and there’s a BMW dealer in my town yet I choose to drive to Salem for both buying my car and getting it serviced. That says something, right? More
