Although my appointment was for 9:15, due to the fact that there was only one person available to take people in, I was delayed at check-in for 20 minutes or so. Then, was told it would take 2 hours for that there was only one person available to take people in, I was delayed at check-in for 20 minutes or so. Then, was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change????? Actually, it took only 1.5 hours!!!! My service rep was very capable and handled everything to the high level that I expect of BMW. However, the delay and time for service was unacceptable. More

Over the past several years, my wife and I have purchased three BMW vehicles from the Salem Dealership. Jon Taylor, the General Manager, and his entire staff have been caring people who truly want to do thin three BMW vehicles from the Salem Dealership. Had to wait an extra week for loaner otherwise service department was friendly and efficient. It did seem they could shade ones car upon return as the temps exceeded 95*.
