the only complaint that I would consider is when I come to have my BMW wash, I don't think it was the best done. Several time I've spotted missed area, tat was front side panel for my two cars. I like Joe . He is a good listener and attentive. I work well with him. The dealership was better overall before the pandemic. Two things I have noticed fro He is a good listener and attentive. I work well with him. The dealership was better overall before the pandemic. Two things I have noticed from my last visit. They did not wash my vehicle before handing my key back. I was surprised. They kept my vehicle all day and no time to wash it. Also, I have noticed some one was resting inside my car because the driver seat was all the way down. I could be wrong and I thought that was kind a odd. I guess I just picked the wrong day to let them service my vehicle. More
