Our estimate went from initially 2k to almost 5k took to local BMW mechanic and less then 1k, Service advisor was condescending to my husband but nice to daughter and I. We only took it to BMW to see if our local BMW mechanic and less then 1k, Service advisor was condescending to my husband but nice to daughter and I. We only took it to BMW to see if our daughter had any warranty's and still paid almost 200 for a almost 5k estimate! Would never go back again! More
I decided to stop by the dealership to have the windshield wipers replaced on my X5 without an appointment. I was able to drive right up to the service center and was immediately greeted by a servi windshield wipers replaced on my X5 without an appointment. I was able to drive right up to the service center and was immediately greeted by a service technician who then referred me to my service specialist. The wipers were replaced and I was off and running within twenty minutes. Service with a smile. Thank you. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the initial greeter and the service tech at the Roseville BMW dealership but I’m sure that it is documented in my service order. I ONLY GAVE THIS THREE STARS AS I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY HAD NO MORE SHUTTLE SERVICE ALTHOUGH THEY PROVIVED UBER SERVICE, I HAD TWO DIFFERENT UBER DRIVERS TO GO & COME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. BOTH THAT THEY HAD NO MORE SHUTTLE SERVICE ALTHOUGH THEY PROVIVED UBER SERVICE, I HAD TWO DIFFERENT UBER DRIVERS TO GO & COME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. BOTH I COULD TELL HAD NOT CLEANED BETWEEN CUSTOMERS ... OR CLEANED DURING THIS PANDEMIC AT ALL ... SO I FELT EXPOSED TO UN SANITARY CONDITIONS WHEN I SHOULD NOT OF BEEN PUT IN THAT POSITION. MY SERVICE ADVISOR ELIZABETH THE SERVICE TO MY CAR WAS FINE. More
