Scheduling a break-in appointment via the BMW app did not work. I called instead and it was just as easy and quick. The customer service from the employees at BMW of Roseville was as good as ever. The drop off and text communication thereafter was made easy. My only complaint is that the complimentary wash could have been done with slightly more care. There were smear marks on several doors, the hood and other panels. But, it is complimentary after all isn’t it. More
From start to finish, great experience. Friendly, capable, and clear. Elizabeth took care of me and my car throughout process. Didn't feel passed off, and all went smoothly. The service writer was good… The service department leaves a lot to be desired… We had a service warranty and ask each time we bought the vehicle in about bushings, seals and brakes, always told they a leaves a lot to be desired… We had a service warranty and ask each time we bought the vehicle in about bushings, seals and brakes, always told they are good and would not have to be replaced for a long time. The first service after the warranty ended and now everything needs replaced. Feels like a scam system. The next thing is the price for the service is outrageous. The last thing was no military discount…. I had received it before. More
I’ve been a BMW family since 1988. I’ve been in diffident dealership services and have been treated the way a customer should be. Front lobby personnel are not so pleasant welcoming people coming in for serv dealership services and have been treated the way a customer should be. This service center never fails to be friendly, considerate and helpful. Due to a scheduling mix-up I arrived without an appointment or advisor.
