My 2011 BMW has been given the same importance as any another customer with a much newer or higher level vehicle. For that fact alone, I’m grateful to be treated with equal respect, and communication from Nghia is clear and consistent! Lastly, I know that if something goes awry after having my car serviced/repaired, Nghia will make it right immediately, should I need to return to the dealership. Thank you for providing such a high level of customer service, with huge kudos to Nghia! More

His communication, honesty and follow though/Follow up are to be recognized. He will deliver facts and if he does not know, HE FINDS OUT, in a respectful timely manner. Owning a BMW you know not all things are inexpensive. It's reinsuring however when you can trust the people doing the work and the service coordinators delivering you the news. The website had a coupon on oil change, but when i got there they stated it wasn't for any M vehicles which they could have easily stated on the coupon the exclusions. Anyways they were nice to provide me there they stated it wasn't for any M vehicles which they could have easily stated on the coupon the exclusions. Anyways they were nice to provide me with a water bottle as i waited there i had an appointment but still took 2 hrs. When it was finished i was told to wait outside which i waited another 20 minutes in the freezing cold before the driver showed up with my car. Overall its my first experience with a bmw dealer for service and i think i will try a different one to compare level of service. More
