This is a review of initial 10,000 service. This service consisted of an oil change, and vehicle inspection. I made the appointment online, and notified the dealership that I would be waiting This service consisted of an oil change, and vehicle inspection. I made the appointment online, and notified the dealership that I would be waiting onsite, during the oil change. I purposely made the appointment for 7am, thinking that this would hopefully result in minimizing any delays. When I checked the vehicle in, I was told by the service agent to expect 2-3 hours. When I inquired why so long, I was told that I might be able to speed things up if I declined the courtesy wash (which I did). I still had to wait 3 hours for the oil change to be completed. This amount of time seems excessive. The appointment was at no charge, as it was included in with my new vehicle purchase. I likely won't be back for future oil changes though, as "free" seems to mean that I'm paying for it with my time. Other than the long wait, the staff was friendly and the work done was completed successfully. More
