I brought my BMW in for service this summer, and was told that my transmission needed a new gasket as it had a leak. I then brought it in recently for an oil change. I would NEVER recommend Roseville BMW to anyone. The purchase/buy-out of my lease resulted in over seven weeks of agony due to a lack of communication and incompetence from the finance and sales The purchase/buy-out of my lease resulted in over seven weeks of agony due to a lack of communication and incompetence from the finance and sales teams. It resulted in me canceling my business with Roseville BMW and returning to my lease. After the credit union in my original deal returned at a different rate, I secured a loan I was happy with and sent it to the Roseville BMW finance team, asking them to write the contract with that bank. The team decided to keep shopping for loans for me. I ended up with nine additional hard inquiries on my credit that I didn’t authorize over 20 days after the initial credit check. I had to freeze my credit with all three bureaus to stop the attack. While unable to get any answers from anyone at Roseville, I called the team at Niello, who immediately knew the ins and outs of the loan I was looking at and had a solution to the problem within minutes. The response from the dealer below will be to call the GM, yet when I called him multiple times and left voicemails and messages with the team, I was consistently passed off to other staff members. I finally received a call back when I made official complaints with BMW of North America and Auto Nation corporate. If you’re considering doing business with Roseville BMW, run the other way. More
