Maureen has been so helpful all throughout the whole purchasing process. She is so friendly and truly understand what we need. I would definitely recommend her to friends who thought of purchasing BMW purchasing process. She is so friendly and truly understand what we need. i wanted to purchase a new BMW from this dealer and went over to test drive a new 5 series. That's when i started t onotice the Finance manager Nasser's unproffessional attitude.. this guys won't return over to test drive a new 5 series. That's when i started t onotice the Finance manager Nasser's unproffessional attitude.. this guys won't return phone calls despite me calling him over and over again to negotiate the price plus his english is very poor. I must have left over 10 message for ths Nasser guy to call me, but none of the calls were returned, and his direct line never answers!! Take my advise, avoid this cheap dealer.. go to Nielli instead, people working at this Roseville facility do not know customer service including the management.. This Nasser guys needs tution in customer service since he does not how to deal with customers period! Maybe someone in his mamangement needs to let him know that being a manager requires a person to show much better customer service I eventually got a better deal at the Elk Grove BMW.. very happy with their service.. unlike their rival. Everything went very well. Mark was very professional in all aspects. All representations made were honored by the dealer. This is the third BMW I have purchased from this dealership and would not hesitate all aspects. All representations made were honored by the dealer. Mark is very knowledgeable about the 3 series we were interested in, explaining the options and test driving. The transaction was much faster than anticipated and the application was easy to complete. interested in, explaining the options and test driving. The transaction was much faster than anticipated and the application was easy to complete. The car was ordered and delivered in two days. The finance person, Warren, was congenial and fast. Mark spent considerable time going over the operation of the vehicle, programming the computer functions, etc. He even gave us a couple of after market items we requested. No doubt this was a very satisfying experience and I would highly recommend Mark and the dealership. If I ever tire of the 2012 335is convertable, which I doubt, I will return to Roseville BMW for the repacement. Stephen B., Folsom More
Working with Cammie and Ray was overall very good. My wife and I were just looking around not necessary with the intent to purchase a BMW. We were looking to purchase a new Honda Accord when we pulled in wife and I were just looking around not necessary with the intent to purchase a BMW. We were looking to purchase a new Honda Accord when we pulled into the dealership. Ray emphasized that the Accord was good the BMW is superb in all aspects compared to the accord. He had to turn us over to Cammie because he had another customer he was closing. Cammie let us test drive a few cars explaining all the features in each model. At no time was there any pressure to purchase. We decided on the 2008 328i that was a lease return and had only 23,000 miles. We are very happy with our purchase. Overall, it was a pleasant experiece and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW to go up to Roseville. Thank you Cammie and Ray!! More

These people are scam artist. Sold me a car that was "certified" and one month later it needs new battery, starter, fanbelts, spark plugs, brake pads and all fluids and to boot it has been in "certified" and one month later it needs new battery, starter, fanbelts, spark plugs, brake pads and all fluids and to boot it has been in a front end collision. They deny it needs this work...I took it to a certified mechanic and he hooked it up to the same system...and we can prove it and they keep denying it. ROSEVILLE BMW is not honest...do not purchase a car from them. More
My husband and I went to Roseville BMW to look at and possibly test drive a BMW. Mark Holland helped us and we were impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and all around good attitude. I purchased a used 2007 Yukon Denali from BMW of Roseville in March of 2011, for $32,000. By July, before I even needed an Oil Change on the car, I was required to purchase entire new brake system Roseville in March of 2011, for $32,000. By July, before I even needed an Oil Change on the car, I was required to purchase entire new brake system for my car. Roters, pads, etc. $795 for break replacement. In addition, I needed new tires on the car. I am not car savvy, I don't know what to look for in a used car - which is why I went with a "reputable" dealership and a certified pre-owned car. I contacted the sales person who I dealt with and he had the courtesy to return my calls but he had no authority to compensate me. He did pass along the Managers information, Tom Klein and his direct line. I called Tom a number of times and left messages. No response, no call back, nothing. I can only give this dealership the worst rating possible, they sold me a car which was certified pre owned (and an extended warranty) which then required $1800 of repairs between tires and breaks, before I even put 4000 miles on the car. The manager ignored all my calls and would not even acknowledge my complaints. So, bad car, bad customer service = bad dealership. UPDATE: After sending a final email to my initial contact, I received a call back from BMW of Roseville. They have agreed to reimburse me for the break work. I feel this is a very satisfactory result to my complaint. More
The service writer told me i needed alignment on car just bought when I brought it in for a warranty repair. Then when i told them I expected them to pay for it they told me they would measure to see if I bought when I brought it in for a warranty repair. Then when i told them I expected them to pay for it they told me they would measure to see if I truly needed it. Amazingly I didn't need it. So they were trying to sell me something I didn't really need or I need it and they didn't want to pay for it. More
